Derek currently serves as a Partner at Potomac Law, a new model law firm designed for the 21st Century that leverages innovation and technology to best serve its clients. Michael Showalter

Michael Showalter has drafted merits and certiorari-stage briefs at the U.S. Supreme Court, drafted briefs in nearly every federal court of appeals, and regularly argues before federal judges. He clerked on the Seventh Circuit and DDC, and graduated from Yale Law School near the top of his class.
